Turn-Key Denali Summer Restaurant For Sale – Step Into a Local Favorite
A Note from the Owners
After 10 incredible summers running Denali Doghouse, we’ve made the decision to pass the spatula to someone new. This place has been more than a job—it’s been our daily rhythm, our way of connecting with the community, and our front-row seat to the summer magic that happens in Denali.
We’re proud of what we’ve built: a locally loved, visitor-favorite spot known for fresh, made-to-order Alaskan hotdogs, hand-pressed burgers, and friendly, no-frills service. But it’s time for us to step back and give someone else the opportunity to take this restaurant forward.
What We’re Offering
-
A fully equipped, turn-key seasonal restaurant, ready to open and serve.
-
Established location with steady foot traffic, just outside Denali National Park’s main entrance.
-
All major equipment included—grill, refrigeration, prep areas, storage, service window, and more.
-
A menu that works: reindeer & buffalo dogs, burgers, corn dogs, fresh slaw, and homemade sauces.
-
Loyal summer crew and customer base who come back year after year.
Why This Business Works
Denali National Park sees close to 500,000 visitors each summer, and we’re lucky to be located right in the heart of it all—across from lodges, gift shops, shuttle stops, and trailhead pickups. The demand is baked in. Hungry tourists. Big appetites. Short season. Reliable volume.
You don’t need a huge team. You don’t need fancy systems. You just need a solid work ethic, a little hustle, and a good attitude. We’ll even help with the transition if you need it.
Seasonal By Nature
This is a May–September operation, which means:
-
You work hard during peak months
-
Then have your winters to rest, travel, or run another gig
-
Or prep for an even better season next year
Ready to Talk?
If you’re serious about owning a small, profitable business in one of Alaska’s busiest tourist hubs, we’d love to hear from you. We’ll gladly share:
-
Financials from recent seasons
-
Equipment and inventory lists
-
Pricing and lease terms
We want this business to go to someone who cares about food, people, and Denali—just like we have.
Reach out. Let’s chat. This place has a good heart. You’ll feel it when you step inside.
